Seamless Protective Coatings offers a 5 year standard installation warranty, backed by a 20 year manufacturers warranty on our membrane. Our roofing system has been on the market for half a century, and we are proud to offer the type of strong and "catchless" warranty it deserves.

Did you know? The vast number of commercial roofing companies on the market offer long-term membrane warranties, 25, 30 years, and beyond. However, if you read the fine print, many of these warranties have a hidden catch: ponding water on the roof. Virtually every roofing membrane manufacturer has a clause about "standing water after 48 hours" voiding a membrane warranty.

Our warranty is different. Ponding water is not a detriment to our roofing system, because we not only use our Seamless Rubber Membrane for commercial and industrial roofing, we also use it for Decorative and Commercial/Agricultural Pond Liners. There is no clause in our membrane warranty that voids the warranty, and there never will be.

Furthermore, if weight reduction do to standing water is an issue, we can address and improve drainage issues on the roof as part of our installation, including re-sloping the roof to properly drain into roof drains, or out towards scuppers. Most buildings, however, do not require this: Our system does not require ballast, which, after removal, usually reduces weight load on the building by 8 or more lbs per square foot.
